REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At GAMERSPARADISE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Gift cards
- Digital products (such as downloadable games or in-game currency)
- Opened software or video games
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
3. Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@gamersparadise.com to initiate a return request. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all components (manuals, accessories, etc.) are included.
- Ship the item back to us using the return label provided. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the replacement item. Returns are processed separately from exchanges.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
